We have been online since 2000 and are one of the most established private house sales and classified ads websites in the UK.
The Little House Company was asked to contribute to the Office of Fair Trading Housing Market report. The report found a lack of innovation in the housing market and encouraged a move to online marketing in order that vendors could save money. The report found that the present system whereby estate agents all charged the same commission fees resulted in a lack of choice for consumers.

A study in 2010 found that our average sellers was in early 50.s and was selling a second or third home at about £400,000. All had previous experience with estate agents service.
